Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We have three shipping zones: the United States, Tier 2 countries (including Australia and most of Europe), and Tier 3 countries (including Canada, Hong Kong, and 180+ other destinations).

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Tier 2 countries (Australia, most of Europe, and others): 7–18 business days
  • Tier 3 countries (Canada, Hong Kong, and others): 14–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. All orders are sent with insured and tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven't received this within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us via our contact page.

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. All orders are insured, so we will work to resolve this quickly.
